Age Limitation

Age (as on As on 01.07.2019) Minimum Age Limit: 35 Years  Maximum Age Limit: 45 Years  Applicants should not have been born after 01.07.1984 and should not have been born before: (a) 02.07.1971 (in case of reserved category applicants viz. SC / ST / SC(A) belonging to the State of Tamil Nadu)  Age relaxation is applicable to SC/ ST/ SC(A) communities as per the existing Govt rules.

Educational Qualification

Candidates should have passed Degree in Law from recognized university/college.  Enrolled as an advocate in the Bar Council of Tamil Nadu or in the Bar Council of any other State and must be practising as an Advocate on the date of publication of this Notification and must have so practised for a period of not less than seven years as on such date.

Pay Scale

Selected candidates as District Judge will get pay in between Rs. 51,550 – 1230 - 58,930 – 1380 - 63,070+Allowances
